Meet Pamela:” I’m probably the strangest person you will ever meet. But I’m okay with that. I make cookies for ChadLindberg and I drunk-tweet  McQueeninchains on occasion.”

And this is how the story goes:

1.   Okay… Soooooo I went out singing tonight and totally thought of you and almost sang the Sheryl Crow song “Steve McQueen”.

2. Oh my god. I just drunk tweeted Steven R. McQueen!!

3. I’m a menace.

4. Personally… I would lose my mind if McQueeninchains ever tweeted me back. Or followed me. Seriously… I could die a happy girl. #JustSayin  

5.   I have decided since I have had a teensy bit to drink that I am just going to tweet you and hope for a reply or a follow

6. But that being said… I swear to you I am in no way a giant lush. I blame my friend Kat. And no… I didn’t drive.

7. You know… This is kind of nice. Having a one way conversation. And if it makes you laugh then I have done a good thing.

8. Of course I will probably look back and think “Holy Cripes! What have I done?” But… Oh well…can’t stop it now!

9. I was just thinking… I really hope that you don’t have your notifications turned on. Otherwise I am probably waking you up.

10. And that would suck because then you would hate me for not letting you get any sleep.

11. Because I am OBVIOUSLY the only person in the world dumb enough to actually tweet you after drinking. Which I don’t do a whole lot of to tell you the truth. But at least my spelling and grammar are pretty good.

12. So at least there is that.

13. I’m going to take a five minute break. Be right back. I know… You will be waiting with baited breath.

14. Okay. I’m back. So anyway… Where was I? Oh yes! How is Max doing? He is such a cute pup.

15. I hope that you are enjoying your hiatus. You should go to Paris or the Bahamas or something. Just sayin’’.

16. I mean… You work hard, you deserve a good vacation!

17. Oh! And just so you know… Team McQueen Germany is egging me on with this.

18. Okay… So back to your vacation. If you don’t feel like going overseas, Longview, Washington is an AMAZING place to visit.

19. Of course I say that because I live here and it’s not like I have ulterior motives or nothing. But… It is an hour or so away from the beach. Although… Now that I think about it, you are probably closer to the beach in L.A. than if you came up here. But still…I’m not in L.A. so… Boo. And again, you may wish to avoid the crazy person that has decided that for some reason it is okay to tweet you at 5am because she had too much Rockstar with a little bit of vodka

20. Anyway… I am pretty much sober now. I wasn’t all that drunk to be honest. Just loose enough to have the courage to actually tweet you like this. I swear to you I am not mentally unbalanced or crazy in anyway. Just a fan who thinks that you are one hell of an actor, great person in general and absolutely adorable. So with that being said…

21. Providing you don’t have your twitter notifications on and I haven’t woken you up. I hope that you have a great day tomorrow and a wonderful break from filming.

Final words: Steven McQueen unfortunately never replied. But Pamela and I came to the agreement: I will try and have this signed by Steven (and give him a copy) at the convention in Bézier in France this summer! I had a blast reading it :D
